SARAṆA is a Pali word meaning refuge. The true refuge is a liberated heart, which has reached the ultimate happiness, the deepest peace and the highest security through the extinction of the defilements and the realisation of The Four Noble Truths.
The concern of our activities within the framework of Sarana Dhamma Treffpunkt is to convey, study, train ourselves and found our own life in the original teaching of the Buddha.
